Due to the nature of our products, we cannot except returns. E-gift cards are also non-returnable. Damaged or defective items are illegible for replacement. To request a replacement, you can contact us at email@example.com. Include a picture that shows proof of damage or defect with a detailed description. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
